McCathern, PLLC is proud to announce the promotion of two attorneys to partner. Attorneys James E. Sherry and Justin N. Bryan of the firm’s Dallas office celebrated their new partnership on Friday, September 14, 2018.

James E. (“Jim”) Sherry joined McCathern’s Dallas office in 2015 after nine years of practice in Dallas and Washington, DC. Jim’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, director and officer liability, accounting and securities fraud, contract disputes, commercial leasing, unfair competition, and employment. Jim regularly represents clients in the oil and gas, telecommunications, health care, insurance, and transportation industries. Over the course of his career, he has represented corporate and individual clients at every stage of civil and criminal proceedings in the state and federal courts in cases involving securities fraud, insider trading, electronic surveillance, bribery and business crimes, civil commercial disputes, unfair competition, negligence, and more.
Justin N. Bryan joined McCathern in 2016. His practice focuses mainly on Business and Securities Litigation, but he has experience in many areas of law. Justin represents defendants in complex multi-million dollar litigation and has also recovered millions of dollars for plaintiffs he has represented.Justin is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, all U.S. District Courts for Texas, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.
