McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans, Grinke is proud to announce that Dallas attorney Jesse L. Cromwell was recently selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA).

Construction Lawyers Society of AmericaThe CLSA is an invitation-only honorary association of construction lawyers from the U.S. and around the world who practice in all transactional and litigation aspects related to the construction industry. Membership is limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows, and they are selected and invited after an evaluation of their experience and accomplishments in the field. In addition to 1,200 practicing Fellows, the association also includes additional Academic Fellows, In-House Counsel Fellows and Legislative Fellows.

The CLSA’s stated purpose is to “recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on construction practice, to provide additional sources for professional development, to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, to assist in community involvement by its membership, and to advance a superior judiciary, and body of distinguished neutrals, by taking relevant positions on issues or legislation affecting judicial compensation and/or benefits, as well as those affecting the American litigation processes.”

After joining McCathern in 2017, Jesse Cromwell rapidly gained experience successfully handling a variety of matters for the firm’s Construction Litigation practice section. In recognition of the growing reputation of his work, Jesse was named to the 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for Commercial Litigation: Construction Litigation.

Now as a Fellow of the CLSA, McCathern expects Jesse will continue his professional development and build even more on his already successful track record of representing clients in construction law matters.
